My Philosophy
Massage is an important component to a healthy life style because it makes subtle and big changes in the body, mind and spirit. Not only can you treat chronic and acute pain, but you can treat the emotional well being of a person. You can refocus the mind towards letting go of pain and bringing in relaxation, peace, and contentedness. This is what I love about massage therapy. When you leave the office a change has occurred. Life has been brought back into the body and that is why I call my business Body-Life Therapies.
My Experience
Through the use of Medical Massage and the practical knowledge that I have collected over my 14 years of practice, I have seen positive changes and improvement in life in my clients occur regularly. I have a National Certification which sets me apart from most therapists by consistently educating myself in different modalities through seminars. I have earned a Master Level in Medical Massage Therapy through my National Certification. I also graduated at the top of my class in Massage Therapy and as a Holistic Health Practitioner.
